Bert understands the unique challenges of a criminal defense case. He began his practice of law, concentrating in the areas of domestic relations (i.e., divorce, custody, post-divorce, etc.), criminal defense, personal injury, and has argued multiple times before both the Court of Appeals and Criminal Court of Appeals. Our divorce lawyer has represented numerous individuals and businesses in both the prosecution and defense of contractual litigation and personal injury issues.
Bert has worked on several high-profile domestic and criminal cases. His unique approach to the practice of law has led to numerous dismissals, a satisfied client base, and made him one of the most respected attorneys offering criminal defense in Murfreesboro.
Bert is an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Rutherford/Cannon Bar Associations. He has assisted youth as a soccer coach and as a local businessman offering services for the development of gross motor skills. Bert founded the 100 Club of Rutherford County, and serves on the Board of Directors and on the Advisory Council for CB&S Bank.
